【Overview】 ■As part of efforts to commercialize the CFRTP hybrid molding system, we have achieved high strength through laminated pressing of stampable sheets and direct molding, high-speed and uniform heating of laminated sheets using a heated steam heater, and sheet transportation using a multi-joint robot. ■By reducing the thickness of expensive CF sheets, we lower material costs, systematize sheet transportation with heated steam heaters and multi-joint robots, shorten production cycles through thin sheet laminated heating methods, and enable heating that reduces oxidative degradation using heated steam heaters. ■Components: Heated steam heater, vertical clamping device, injection molding machine, multi-joint robot, scara robot. 【Main Examples】 ■Automated transportation system for CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) molding using multi-joint robots. ■Molding of thermoplastic super engineering plastics through external heating. ■Composite material molding system. 【Main Materials】 ■CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) ■GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) ■GMT (glass mat reinforced thermoplastic) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
